Lysates were prepared from mouse thymus extract in reducing sample buffer, resolved by SDS-PAGE (30 μg total protein/lane), and transferred to an Immobilon-P membrane. Use of this antibody under non-reducing conditions is not recommended. The blot was developed with 2 μg/mL antibody and chemiluminescent detection substrate.
